Puerto Mogan is a picturesque fishing port and not very well known. This port area is dedicated to holiday resort but in a very different way than the other resorts such as Playa del Ingles and Maspalomas. The waterfront area is a purpose built holiday resort and has hotels / apartments not higher than two to three floors, the area was also expanded into a traffic-free village which has very colourful houses which have been designed in a Mediterranean style. Puerto Mogan also has a net of pretty sea water channels from which this port also holds its title of 'little Venice'. This area has promenades and small bridges making a stroll around this port very pleasan

The small resort of San Agustin is located on the south east coast of Gran Canaria, a favourite with those who wish to enjoy a quieter holiday than those going to the bustling resorts of Maspalomas or Playa del Ingles.
